Welcome to the Lexington Center, central Kentucky’s premiere sports, entertainment and convention complex! The Lexington Center is located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of two convention hotels, upscale restaurants, nightclubs, galleries and more. The Lexington Center manages and operates five exciting venues:

• 23,000 seat Rupp Arena, home of the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
• Lexington Convention Center, offering 130,000 square feet of versatile meeting, banquet and exhibit space.
• The historic 1,000 seat Lexington Opera House.
• The Shops at Lexington Center featuring two levels of locally owned boutiques and a food court.
• The landmark Triangle Park with its signature cascading fountain.

Rupp Arena Goes Green!
In an effort to be an environmentally responsible corporate citizen, Lexington Center announced today at its monthly board meeting that Lexington Center Concessions is transitioning from using non-recyclable PET (petroleum oil-based) container products to compostable PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) "greenware" products made from renewable resources.
